Diomira Rusalka is an artist from Philadelphia, PA. She is well-versed in many mediums such as oils, acrylics, and digital tools including Procreate. She works as a freelance illustrator, party princess, musician, art teacher, and lifeguard. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Montgomery County Community College Fine Arts program in 2020.
