Fauna Finch has appeared in many different local media outlets, including an exclusive interview with Jackie Rupp for Center City Magazine in 2012 under her previous stage name, Little Bear. She has also appeared on various radio shows such as Suki On The Radio and SoundStage Radio Show with Nicole Zell on WCHE 1520. In an effort to support local music, she recently debuted her song Drinking Song as part of the Matones Music Shop Sessions series.
Over the years, Fauna Finch has performed at many local venues, coffee shops, and galleries such as The Fire, The M Room, Connie's Ric Rac, Paragon Framing and Art, The Tusk, The Pickering Creek Inn, Molly Maguires, Puck, Siren Records, Pharmacy, The Headhouse Tavern, Valanni, and of course, the haunt of her [slightly more] formative years: Steel City.
In August of 2012, she embarked on a national tour across the U.S. Playing everywhere from basements, dive bars, and coffee houses, to underneath bridges and in living rooms across the country, she made her way from Boston to Los Angeles in just over a month. Such venues include Buffa's Back Room in New Orleans, Rippy's Bar & Grill in Tennessee, and the Tribal Cafe in Los Angeles, where it was her humble pleasure to perform alongside Maria Bamford.
